All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any productand to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We process orders Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm CT. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing beforeyour package is shipped. Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days.

If for any reason an item is not in stock, we will contact you promptly at the email provided and advise you of theestimated time of arrival. You will have the option to wait for the item, substitute a similar item, or cancel your order for afull refund.

Product images are representative and colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. Descriptions are provided in goodfaith based on manufacturer specifications.

All purchases on our website are processed securely through PayPal. Your financial information is handled directly byPayPal and is never stored by Holmes Stationers & Gifts

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors inproduct listings, including pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to addresses within the State of Mississippi, or on orders picked up in ourSummit, MS store. Tax rates are applied in accordance with applicable Mississippi state law.

Flat-rate shipping charges are applied at checkout based on item size category: Small $9.50 · Medium $14.50 · Large$19.50. Free local delivery to the bride is available for bridal registry orders.

Any unpersonalized item may be returned in-store within three (3) days of receipt for a complete refund or exchange.Please bring your receipt or order confirmation.

Items returned after three days are eligible for in-store credit only. The item must be in its original, unused condition withall original packaging intact.

Personalized, custom-printed, or monogrammed items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are madespecifically to order. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any quality issues.

Gift registry services are provided as a courtesy to our customers. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limitregistry services at any time.

Each order from a gift registry can only be shipped to one address. If you are placing orders for multiple registrants, weask that you place each order separately to ensure the correct gift reaches the correct recipient.

For bridal registries, we provide complimentary local delivery to the bride. We also deliver to local showers. Pleasecontact us to arrange local delivery.

Registry items are subject to availability. If a selected item becomes unavailable, we will contact the purchaser to offeralternatives. Registrants are encouraged to update their registries regularly to reflect current preferences and availability.
